Who texts back the calls you miss after 5? We do. From your number, in under a minute.
Dialback texts every missed caller back in your words, books the job, and texts you what it did. You approve every message before a customer sees one. $500 a month, first 30 days free, quit any time by text. Your number and your customer list stay yours. Run by Breck in Delray Beach, who answers his own phone.
Text Breck: (561) 749-1593Or book a free 45 minute callWhat your phone will look like
Everything arrives as a text. No app to open, no dashboard to check. Sample messages with made-up names; yours will sound like you, because we write them with you.
You stay in charge
- You approve every message before it goes live. Change a word any time by texting us.
- It only quotes the prices and books the times you give it. Anything outside that, it texts you and waits.
- Breck reads every conversation it has. Want a change? Text him. Done the same day.
- Your customers can reply STOP at any time, and that is the end of it.
How it works
A 45 minute call
We look at how calls, texts, quotes and invoices actually move through your shop. You get a one page list of what is worth automating, in order of what each is worth to you, with a price next to each. Free. Keep the list either way.
Set up, about a week
We set Dialback up on your business number and the software you already use. It writes the way you talk to customers. You watch it work on your own phone before a customer ever sees it, and you say go.
We run it
We run it, watch it, and fix it. You get a short text every Monday with what it did, and a 20 minute call each month to decide what to add next, if anything.
Who we are. A family business, like yours.

I'm Breck. I live in Delray Beach and I answer my own texts.
I started and ran a telecom company for a long stretch of my life. I know what it is to meet payroll, to be the only one who can answer the phone, and to do the paperwork at the kitchen table after everyone else is home. That is the job this takes over, because it is the job I did.
Relief Crew is me and my two kids, Dylan and Ridge. They set each one up. I'm the one you call, and I'll come to your shop. We are taking five shops to start, each one close enough to drive to. You will not be routed to anyone. You text me.
Price
Dialback is $500 a month for the first five shops, and that price stays yours for as long as you stay. Setup is free. First 30 days are free. If it has not booked you a job by day 30, text "cancel" and owe nothing. After that, month to month, cancel any month by text.

Already running
We are new and we say so. Here is what is live today. Results with real numbers come when the first shops have had their 30 days.
A 30-year Atlanta landscaping company
One owner, no one in the office, every missed call lost. Live now on his main number: missed-call text-back in under a minute, his customer list loaded, review requests on job close. He watched every message run on his own phone before a customer did.
Breck's phone has run on this since August
An automated assistant answers his calls, takes his voicemail, reads his mail and texts him the few things that need him. If you call his number after hours, you will meet it.
Route planning that replaced a per-user app
He was paying per user for route planning. The routes add-on went live first: stops in, driving order out with miles and minutes per leg, one price for the whole shop.
Book the free call
We reply within a business day with a time. What we need from you: 45 minutes, and a yes before anything goes to a customer.
Other jobs we take on
Dialback is where most shops start. Once it is paying for itself, these are the next things owners hand over. Main jobs are $500 a month, add-ons $150.
Dialback: lead response, follow-up, reviews
One agent. Texts back a missed call in under a minute, answers web forms before the customer leaves, nudges quiet quotes in your words, reminds customers who opted in when the next service is due, and asks for a Google review when a job closes. If a customer replies unhappy, you hear about it that minute.

Answers the phone when you cannot, says it is an automated assistant for your shop, takes the details, books the appointment, handles the after-hours emergency call, and texts you the summary.
Main job, $500 a monthDispatch and routes
Turns the day's jobs into a driving order with miles and minutes per leg, sent to each crew. One price for the whole business, not per seat.
Add-on, $150 a monthThe books
Categorizes every charge, shows margin by job and by customer, and flags the ones losing you money.
Main job, $500 a monthFleet and equipment
